2. Use of Services
2.1. By engaging with RJDIGITAL WEB, you warrant that you are at least 18 years of age or have obtained parental/guardian consent to use our services. 2.2. You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. 2.3. You must provide accurate and complete information when engaging our services. Failure to do so may result in the suspension or termination of your services.
3. Service Delivery
3.1. We will endeavour to deliver services within the agreed timeframe. However, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, and we shall not be held liable for such delays. 3.2. Any requests for modifications or additional features may incur additional costs and affect delivery timelines.
4. Fees and Payments
4.1. All fees for services will be clearly outlined in the proposal or invoice. 4.2. Payments must be made in accordance with the agreed schedule. Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension of services. 4.3. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1. Upon full payment, ownership of the final deliverables will transfer to you, unless otherwise stated in the agreement. 5.2. We retain the right to showcase the completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise requested in writing. 5.3. You warrant that you have the necessary rights to any content you provide to us and agree to indemnify us against any claims arising from its use.
6. Confidentiality
6.1. Both parties agree to keep all confidential information shared during the course of the project secure and not disclose it to any third parties without prior written consent.
7. Liability
7.1. We shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. 7.2. Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these terms shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific service in question.
8. Termination
8.1. Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any term of the agreement and fails to rectify the breach within 14 days of being notified. 8.2. Upon termination, you must settle any outstanding payments for services rendered up to the date of termination.
9. Amendments
9.1. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
